  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (cut into ½ inch pieces)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cubed butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut potatoes into small pieces and slice onions thinly.
