  4. Cook marinated chicken in the same pan for about 2-3 minutes per side until opaque; glaze with remaining marinade for an additional minute.
  5. Assemble sandwiches: layer provolone and mozzarella on the bottom half of each roll, add glazed chicken, sprinkle with fresh herbs, then cover with the top half.
