  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 9 oz ramen or rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and the white parts of green onions; cook for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green onion tops; cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Toss with cooked noodles in the skillet; stir until heated through (3-4 minutes).
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes before serving.
