Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground lamb
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- Sea salt and Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, finely chop the onion and garlic until they form a paste.
- In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine ground lamb, beef, onion-garlic mixture, and spices. Mix on medium speed for about 10 minutes until sticky.
- Shape into oval meatballs using an ice cream scoop or hands and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
