Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- For the crust, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate over medium heat until melted. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly before adding chilled butter.
- Pour the chocolate filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- For the spiderweb topping, warm heavy cream and melt white chocolate in another saucepan. Drizzle over the tart in a web pattern using a piping bag.
