  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 envelopes of instant hot cocoa mix
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 packages of chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  2. In one bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with hot cocoa mix until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mousse over the crust and chill until set.
  4. Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened; stir in mini marshmallows and layer over the cheesecake mousse. Chill again.
  5. Beat remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff; spread over the pudding layer and chill for several hours or overnight.
