- 36 Oreo cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5 envelopes of instant hot cocoa mix
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 packages of chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 ¾ cups milk
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
- In one bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with hot cocoa mix until stiff peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake mousse over the crust and chill until set.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened; stir in mini marshmallows and layer over the cheesecake mousse. Chill again.
- Beat remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff; spread over the pudding layer and chill for several hours or overnight.
