- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- For egg wash: 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry until pliable but cold. Roll it out to approximately 10×12 inches on a floured surface.
- Brush the pastry with melted butter and spread Dijon mustard over it, leaving a border.
