Instructions
- In a medium heavy-bottom saucepan, combine water, granulated sugar, and corn syrup. Heat without stirring until the mixture reaches 240°F.

- Once the sugar syrup reaches the desired temperature, remove from heat and slowly pour into the whipped egg whites while mixing on medium speed.
