  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time on low speed until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold half of the dulce de leche into the cream cheese mixture and pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool completely at room temperature; refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting into squares and drizzling with remaining dulce de leche.
