- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press about one tablespoon into each liner.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and peanut butter, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
- Spoon the filling into the crusts, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the centers jiggle slightly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cheesecake and top with mini peanut butter cups before serving.
