  • 12 oz LITL SMOKIES smoked sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 4 oz butter
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place one smoked sausage on top.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a piece of crescent dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
