Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
- 12 oz Nilla wafers
- 5–7 ripe bananas (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla; mix until combined. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
- Layer Nilla wafers in a 9 x 13 baking dish, followed by half of the bananas and half of the pudding mixture. Add another layer of Nilla wafers and repeat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Before serving, garnish with remaining banana slices and Nilla wafers.
