- 14 ounces full-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or water)
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (1 lemon)

Instructions
- Prepare blueberry sauce by mixing cornstarch and lemon juice in a bowl. Heat blueberries and sugar in a saucepan until softened, then stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Make the crust by combining melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until you have a thick dough. Press into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until lightly browned.
- In another bowl, mix filling ingredients and pour into the warm crust. Swirl in half of the blueberry sauce.
- Bake again for 17-19 minutes until set. Cool completely before chilling for at least two hours.
- Serve chilled with whipped cream and additional blueberry sauce.
