- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Slice the chicken into cubes and prepare the cherry tomatoes and gnocchi.

- Pour in chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer. Lower heat, then stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice (remove from heat briefly to prevent curdling).
- Add gnocchi and cook in the sauce until tender (3–4 minutes), then stir in spinach until wilted.
- Return chicken to skillet and mix well. Adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
