- 2 broccoli crowns, chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season chicken with creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook in the skillet for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
