  4. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in shredded zucchini and yogurt until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
