Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard for the glaze.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook seasoned chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Brush chicken with the maple glaze, then transfer to a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  7. Slice the baked chicken thinly.
  8. Assemble sliders by placing arugula on each bun half, adding sliced chicken and crispy bacon, then topping with the other bun half.
  9. Serve immediately.
