  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs or blanched almond flour
  • ¾ cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • Kalamata olives
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges or slices
  • Cooked rice or pearl couscous

Instructions

  3. Form mixture into 16 meatballs (about 2 inches each).
