  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together canned pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cooled melted butter, kosher salt, and egg until combined. Stir in granulated and brown sugar followed by sifted cocoa powder.
  3. Add flour and baking soda to the wet mixture; gently combine without overmixing.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips until just incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
