Ingredients
- 2 packages chocolate wafer cookies (approximately 300g)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (540ml or 2 cups)
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered icing sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In a 9" springform pan, layer chocolate wafer cookies at the bottom.
- Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream over the cookies and top with 1/3 of the cherry pie filling.
- Repeat layering two more times until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
