  • 50 Oreo cookies (divided)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 packages full-fat cream cheese (250g each, room temperature)
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cup heavy whipping cream (divided)

Instructions

  1. Crush 25 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Melt white chocolate chips and mix into the cream cheese along with powdered sugar.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour filling over the crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, remove from the pan and top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos if desired.
