Ingredients
- 6 oz. Maria cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 stick butter (4 tbsp) (melted)
- 1 package lemon jello powder (3 oz.)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package berry jello powder (3 oz.)
- 1 package strawberry jello powder (3 oz.)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Maria cookies with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
- Make the white layer by dissolving lemon jello in boiling water and mixing with cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and whipped heavy cream. Pour over the crust and chill until set.
- Prepare the blue layer by dissolving berry jello in boiling water with ice cubes; pour over the white layer once set.
- Create the red layer using strawberry jello similarly; pour over the blue layer once set.
- Chill for at least two hours before serving.
