  • 3 tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or real maple syrup)
  • Cilantro
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Chili Crunch
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Baby Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
  5. Garnish with spinach (if using), cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili crunch before serving.
