- Fresh cod fillets
- Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients for quick assembly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes; cook until softened. Pour in white wine and lemon juice; season with salt and sugar, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper. In another skillet, add olive oil and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- Serve cod topped with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
