Ingredients

  • Fresh cod fillets
  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients for quick assembly.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes; cook until softened. Pour in white wine and lemon juice; season with salt and sugar, simmering for 5 minutes.
  4. Season cod fillets with salt and pepper. In another skillet, add olive oil and cook fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
