- 120g ditalini pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion or 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh rosemary sprig
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 60ml dry white wine or vinegar
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 30g grated Pecorino cheese
Instructions
