  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • salt

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • dry dill
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, milk, and seasonings.
  3. Dice the dill pickles and cube the cheddar cheese.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with pickles, cheese, olives, and dressing. Mix well.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed; chill before serving.
