- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cups cold unsalted butter
- 5 cups chopped peaches
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- For the crust, blend flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Add cold butter until crumbly. Reserve 1½ cups for streusel topping.
- Press remaining mixture into the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
