  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. For the filling, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, and chopped pecans in a bowl.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add brown sugar and mix until combined. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake batter over the crust followed by half of the pecan filling; swirl gently. Repeat with remaining layers.
  6. Bake for approximately 75 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and cool inside for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
