  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Brush each triangle with melted butter, then sprinkle the sugar mixture on top.
  5. Place pecan halves at the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle from the wide end and tuck the pointed end underneath.
  7. Arrange on the baking sheet with space between rolls.
  8. Combine corn syrup and vanilla in another bowl; brush the tops with remaining melted butter and drizzle with syrup mixture.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
