- 10 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and greasing the sides.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom and sides of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
- Lower oven temperature to 300°F (148°C). Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and flour until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then fold in toasted pecans.
