Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 stem from a bell pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
- Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on the counter.
- Sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar onto the cling wrap where the bottom of the cheese ball will sit.
- Add the cheese mixture on top and cover with remaining cheddar.
- Wrap tightly in cling wrap and shape into a round ball.
- Use rubber bands to create an appealing pumpkin shape.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving; remove rubber bands carefully.
- Top with a bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggies.
