- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add tofu in a single layer; cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and brown all sides.

- Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger; pour over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
