- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups pasta (campanelle or fusilli)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Ricotta cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
