- 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- ¾ cup raisins

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange Turkey Bacon on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until crisp; set aside.
- Increase oven temp to 425°F, roast sliced apples on the same sheet for about 15 minutes until golden.
- In a skillet with some reserved bacon fat, toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant; season lightly with salt.
- Sauté shallots in olive oil until caramelized; add maple syrup and apple cider vinegar, simmer briefly.
