  • 12 oz jumbo shrimp (tail-on, peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp barbecue seasoning

Instructions

  2. Cut the smoked sausage into 1-inch slices and pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.

  4. Assemble each kabob by tucking a sausage slice into the curve of a shrimp and threading them onto skewers.
