  • 1 pound cooked small shrimp

  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 ½ cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, Italian dressing, Old Bay seasoning, mustard, and soy sauce until smooth.
