- 200 g fresh beef, thinly sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Chinese cabbage (or leafy greens of choice)
- Sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry in a mixing bowl. Coat the sliced beef and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the udon noodles for 1-2 minutes until slightly loosened. Drain and set aside.

- Heat oil in a wok over medium heat; stir-fry minced garlic and onions until soft. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
