  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, baby kale)

Instructions

  3. Layer peach slices over the greens.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Add candied nuts for crunch.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
