  • 500g gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup grated gouda cheese

Instructions
