Ingredients
- 12–15 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
