  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine spring mix, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, avocado, herbs, and feta cheese.
