  • 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces whipped cream topping (thawed)
  • 6 ounces strawberry-flavored vegan gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a blender, crush pretzels until fine. Mix with melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar; press into the pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Chill for 15 minutes before spreading over the cooled crust.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sliced strawberries and pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
