- ¾ teaspoon salt (divided)

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted then cooled – divided)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine celery, onion, carrots, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add chopped vegetables and cook for 10–12 minutes until softened. Let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
