- 16 oz short pasta (rigatoni, rotini, bow tie)
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil (8.5 oz)
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 oz baby spinach
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
Instructions
