  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (chopped small)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed. Fold in toffee chips and pecans.
  5. Chill the dough for at least two hours to maintain shape during baking.
