  • 54 g (⅓ cup) Christmas jimmies sprinkles
  • 283 g (1¼ bricks / 10 oz) full-fat cream cheese, softened (68-72°F)
  • 184 g (13 Tbsp) salted butter, softened (68-72°F)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 150 g (1¼ cups) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 80 ml (⅓ cup) heavy cream, very cold
  • 40 g (¼ cup) Christmas sprinkles (jimmies, nonpareils, trees, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in sprinkles.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, flatten slightly, and bake for 9–11 minutes.
  6. Cool on racks before frosting with cream cheese mixture topped with additional sprinkles.
