  • 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons milk (plus more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 50-60 seconds until it reaches at least 166°F. Allow it to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in salt and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the cooled flour, mixing until combined. Add milk as needed to form a dough and fold in chocolate chips.
  4. In a chilled metal bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the whipped mixture into a loaf pan or deep container, dropping spoonfuls of cookie dough throughout. Swirl gently.
