- 1 & 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture until just combined.
