- 1/3 cup + 1 teaspoon cornstarch

- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Coat in a plastic bag with cornstarch and shake off excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden on each side (about 5 minutes per side).
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth, then simmer until thickened.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, pour sauce over it, and simmer for a few more minutes until well coated.
